- Grew up and graduated from High School in Oak Harbor, Ohio
- U.S. Navy- World War II 1945-1946
- B.S. in Pharmacy -University of Toledo, 1951
- Married wife, Dorothy, after she graduated in Pharmacy-1952
- D.O. degree from KCOS in 1957
- Intern South Bend Osteopathic Hospital in 1957-58
- Set up Pharmacy in the new hospital-1958
- General Practice physician and surgeon, D.O. 1958-1995 in Osceola, IN
- Team physician for Penn High School from its opening in 1958-1978, with input from Athletic Department, set up training facilities (the most advanced in the state of Indiana at that time).

- Elected to the first elected PHM School Board 1963
- Recruited John K. Graham, and several others from KCOS, to intern at SBOH.
- John K. Graham joined me in practice in 1964
- Admitted to Staff of Elkhart General Hospital 1968-1995
- Formed the Osceola Clinic, Inc in the 1970's
- Sold the Osceola Clinic, Inc. to Elkhart General Hospital in 1996
