Dr. Donald Kotoske

As part of the celebration this year, the Osteopathic Medical Foundation of Michiana (OMF), named Dr. Donald E. Kotoske, as D.O. of the Year. The purpose of this award is to recognize Dr. Kotoske for his many achievements in osteopathic medicine, and valuable contributions to the Michiana community during his 35-year career in family practice.

Among his accomplishments, he was instrumental in convincing St. Joseph Regional Medical Center to allow all osteopathic physicians who completed a 12-month internship approved by the American Osteopathic Association (AOA), be awarded full practice privileges. He has written reference material for the AOA that instructed new physicians on how to conduct themselves in radio and television interviews. He has been Indiana's representative to the House of Delegates for the AOA and the American College of Osteopathic Practitioners for over 20 years. - Read More -
